Install instruction/install the blade

  • 1)First, pull the transparent film on the top of the machine, turn the "width-narrow" amplitude modulation handwheel, adjust the track to both sides, unscrew the screw on the top of the cutter head, take out the upper cover, wipe the cutter head against the surface of the blade, and Put the blade flat end up on the cutter head, replace the upper cover, and tighten the screw.
  • 2)Adjust the cutting foot length:

      Rotate the "long-short" cutter head lifting wheel next to the machine body and adjust it to the required position (be careful not to let the upper end of the blade touch the bottom of the track).

  • 3)Adjust the rolling track:

    According to the width of the produced circuit board, turn the "wide-narrow" amplitude modulation handwheel to adjust the distance between the tracks.

  • 4)Start cutting feet:

    Put the circuit board into the entry board of the track, connect the "ON" of the "switch", push the handle to cut the feet, after the handle pushes the bottom, touch the positioning point, return to the original position, then put down the circuit board, push the handle, so Repeat, take out the circuit board from the other end of the track.
